Happy New Year 2024!

Wish you a very happy and prosperous new year, 2024!

A new year provides new beginnings, new opportunities and a chance to focus or think about what is really important and to honor that throughout the year.

For the Chinese or Lunar New Year, which will be on the 10th of February, it is the Year of the Dragon. The Dragon is the fifth zodiac animal in the 12 year Chinese calendar. Dragons are one of the most respected and admired animals in China. Traditionally, dragons are a symbol of power and strength. They are also strong and independent. Although they may look fearsome, dragons were also seen as loving and kind creatures in Chinese myths.

According to Chinese mythology, dragons lived with humans to protect and guide them after humanity was created. Chinese people refer to themselves as descendants of the dragon because the first Chinese imperial dynasty was said to have originated from dragons!

I've created some designs to encompass the Dragon. I hope you like them. I know I do! I had fun designing them.

Also coming up in February, is St Valentines Day. A day associated with expressing your love and affection to that special someone with greetings and gifts. It's also a fun excuse to plan an awesome date or get away with the one you love. Keep an eye out for some fun Valentines day gifts here at TSF!

Thank you for stopping by!
